As a “newcomer” to blogging, I wondered about the concept? So, here goes: –
……. A blog is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries. Posts are typically displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent post appears first, at the top of the web page – Wikipedia
So, now you also have a bit more insight into blogging and yes, I want to write about our exciting kettleCADDY Pizza Oven… designed, patented and manufactured here in South Africa.
kettleCADDY is primarily a pizza oven, yet so versatile that you can cook just about anything in it from steak, fish, bread or chicken. An ideal way for your family to spend fun-time together and enjoy the pleasures of outdoor cooking – especially PIZZAS. Like most families, ours love to cook and our son, David, a student at CPUT Wellington, situated in the Western Cape countryside, is no exception. His friends in the hostel where he lives, call him “master chef” – figure that.
Let me share a bit of our life in the countryside. My husband, Anton invented the kettleCADDY Pizza Oven, which has become an integral part of the way we do things. So, here in Klipheuwel we enjoy our “close-to-the-soil” lifestyle – this is where the “small” factory is situated and where kettleCADDY and all its supporting products are manufactured – PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN! On top of this, regular pizza baking with family and friends has become part of the way we do things, creating long-lasting momentos.
The heart of our family has a dual purpose – firstly to encourage people to spend more time with their loved ones and secondly to use our business to employ people in order to support their families. Did you know?: Many times the broader family members (sometimes 10 people) are supported by one income of an individual family member. It gives us joy to put food on the table of the needy!
Thank you for taking the time to read our CADDY.blog – keep your eye out for the next……
FOR THE LOVE OF PEOPLE & PIZZAS
